Cole? Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: P.C. III on January 15, 2008, 08:24:21 pm Ive already tried on the `Him` of the gun(s) but I want it to be internal...ish.
Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: Aguineapig on January 15, 2008, 08:31:36 pm I think you might have to use the "guru" approach, its the most effective and its relatively easy to do.
Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: jwasko on January 15, 2008, 10:25:11 pm After inspecting a picture of the internals of a X-bow, the only empty internal space seems two be directly below the plunger chamber. It looks like enough room to install a fairly narrow pump, like an at2k's. You can still put the Splitfire on the outside of the shell, directly below this empty space.
Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: P.C. III on January 16, 2008, 09:29:06 am O.K. thanks. The reason for the 2k is to alter the deseign, and not compleatly rip of Groove, and to have two long range shots......
....or shoty load the 2k :afro: I think I might try Jwasko`s approach, just put the pump on the left hand side so it can still be accessible. Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: P.C. III on January 29, 2008, 05:07:34 pm Im trying to figure out where to put a 2k pump internally, with a sf underneath (think guru w/ 2k)
Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: General Cole on February 21, 2008, 01:33:15 am I would make the 2K on the right side, looking down, and place the pump on the other side, with SF on bottom. If you want to replace the SF with a 2K, just make the cut differently. OR, cut down the 2K and make a square cut on the crossbow and seal it with some Plexi-Glass. Mount the flat 2K on that. OR just epoxy the internals to the side of the gun and call it good.
Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: P.C. III on February 22, 2008, 05:15:32 pm If I ever get around to this, I think i will just put the 2k pump externally on the right side.
Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: General Cole on February 25, 2008, 07:22:53 pm I have had a pump there before. But make sure it is easy to reach in a short amount of time.

Title: Re: where to put a pump an a xbow with integrated sf? Post by: General Cole on March 02, 2008, 11:29:44 pm E6000, and I can swing the gun by the SF without worry. Just put some on, put on some latex gloves, lick a finger and smooth it out.
