"I'm out of it for a litlle while and everyone gets delusions of grandeur?"

Anyway...yeah, can someone else move anything/everything important of mine that I've posted. There were a couple mods...homemades...maybe experiments.  And I think an article on ARs.

Many thanks...I just don't have the patience on this computer.

The second piece is the bolt lock. Check out this thread; it has the piece highlighted in the first picture.

Note that, while your piece is black, the one in the picture is orange; it's the same piece, but Hasbro (obviously) changed the color.

As far as the plunger tube/bolt:

The AR is on the other side of the black piece. Drill a hole here:

And widen it until you can pull out the AR spring and AR.

Yes, it does use a bladder.

But I don't think anyone has posted internal pics, so I don't know if there are any differences.

Please use capital letters and proper grammar.

Thank you!

Reports on the HQ say that it is somehow better (when comparing the two when stock):

The NRF only recommends 20 pumps (instead of 32).

The NRF gets somewhat better range.
6  General Nerf / Wars / Re: Setup of Major Wars on: April 23, 2008, 04:41:20 pm
While we are on the subject, I might as well ask a question that I haven't seen answered anywhere:
In a plain-jane, deathmatch-style war, do the teams start on opposite sides of the field? It kind of makes sense that they would, but I've never seen videos or pictures that give evidence either way.

I know that the civil war rounds played at (at least) Apoc have definite sides, but I don't know about regular deathmatch rounds; any info is greatly appreciated.

you mean like this?
8  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: Modifications/Paintjob thread on: April 21, 2008, 09:49:08 pm
Certainly no problem, and very cool integrations.

I grabbed a bunch of SSPBs from Kohl's on the cheap a while back. Not sure what I'll do with them, although I barrel modded a few already.

That's actually a Tornado X-2

And I didn't realize the First and Max Shots were so close in size. Huh.
10  General Nerf / War Tactics / Re: Do the "Impossible" on: April 20, 2008, 11:48:22 am
Hmm, it's a possibility but I'd be a little worried that it might dissolve the plastic.

Thanks for the tip, though. I'll check it out.

I am showing my support for this suggestion.

Yep.

Same stuff, different name.

Although, FBR does by no means have a very definite size. From one package to the next, the foam could be quite a bit larger or smaller.
13  General Nerf / General Off topic / Re: Hockey. NHL, goons, slapshots..You know the sport of Canada. on: April 19, 2008, 08:07:48 pm
I think he means they were playing really well in the playoffs last year, but since then they've been getting steadily worse.
14  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: EBAY mods on: April 19, 2008, 07:13:28 pm
Dibs on the sig.

Also: I don't know. Can you post pictures? Is there a particular place where it is sticking shut?
15  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: EBAY mods on: April 19, 2008, 04:51:21 pm
That's weird. As long as you take out all the screws, it should come off pretty easily.
