Or instead of primer you can use carb cleaner and shop towels.

Thanks both of you. Yeah, I did cut down the long middle part to like 8 inches from 3 feet, its look better now. Just need to go tomorrow and get the valve and primer/cement. Cant wait to test it out. Yeah, I will post a write-up tomorrow, its straight forward though

Oh, and one more thing (just to be sure):
Don't pump above 100PSI, and (the first time you pressurize it) do it slowly so that one of the joints doesn't suddenly come apart too forcefully.

How do I know when I hit 100PSI? I have a normal pump, where you stand on it and use your arms, not one of the fancy ones. I don't think more than 10 pumps is necessary.

See if you can drill and tap in a gauge, that would tell you the pressure.

Well, for one thing, if it gets hard to pump then stop pumping.
Actually, everyone says you can only get up to about 40 or 50 PSI with those things, anyway.

I can get to 65 with a cheapy hand pump, and a good stand up bike pump can get to 90 or so before becoming hard to pump, so a gauge may be worth it, because then you can use a compressor.

Another Problem: If you look at the trident shaped barrel, the air only comes out of the first barrel (middle). Probably because the air has a straight path to it and wont bend around the corners if it has a straight path. Any ideas? I only used this with my LBB plugged into it and I barely feel the air come out of the other 2 barrels... This could end up being a one barreled gun

Nest the three barrels inside of a larger pipe in a triangular shape, and fill in the dead space with caulk and FBR. Load this tube into a coupler that will replace the current attachment on the gun.

Good idea, but alas, another problem. I have a large hole inside my 8 barreled beast (one CPVC stick is missing because it falls out, I will hot glue it all one I get it fixed) What should I fill it with? I mean, hot glue and FBR only go so far. And is that the right set up? I stuffed the 2" barrel full and was wondering if this would work. If you don't get what I am saying try this: will the air go into the CPVC barrels if I stuff the holes full of glue and FBR? **Edit**: How long should the CPVC barrels be? They are about 4 inches now because they were pre-cut for my FF. **Edit** Added a coupler in the middle. Takes up a lot of space and fits perfectly! Now I have a shotty-artillery gun with a coupler mod... Sounds like a first to me Pics:

Great Stuff, its great. Just get the red can and fill it. Use hot glue to fill in anywhere else that needs it.

What do you mean by "red can"?

It looks pretty good so far, nice job cutting the barrels....They look perfect. I agree with Cole, Great Stuff is um....Great stuff! If fills in cracks very nicely just be carefull were you spray it, it will stick to just about anything....carpet, t-shirts and priceless family heirlooms....And when its stuck, its stuck, and very hard to get out. Believe me!
