Well, now that I look at CXWQ's mod on the Haven, stick to about 10 pumps.

It depends on the SF. Each one of mine take a different amount of pumps. One is 8 and the other is 10. I would say never more than 10, but test it because you may not need less.

The harder it is to pump the less pumps you should go with. If it is hard to pump, go with 8 pumps, less pumps if it is really hard to pump.
