I would recomend putting two in the disk shot pistol like I did, its quite easy and effective. You can pump both and have two great back up shots.

so I got 10 SSPB and had fun.

I call it a butter fly cannon (spy gear signal launcher)hence the four guns mounted in a butter fly pattern. they all have nano brass barrels.

then I got creative and made a butter fly pistol

as you can see the possibilitys are endless.
I am quite sorry I havent posted in awhile, but I have tons of guns that I do need to post

3  General Nerf / General Nerf Disscusion / Re: Dry Silicon Lubricant on: February 27, 2008, 07:44:32 pm
It shouldnt matter, just spray it, then wait 2 minutes for the lube to evaporate. Done.
if it cant evaporate, try blowing on the solvent, it can speed up the process.
4  General Nerf / General Nerf Disscusion / Re: Dry Silicon Lubricant on: February 24, 2008, 05:06:42 pm
I own and use dry lubricant, its very different, its a solvent based lube. when the solvent evaporates it leaves a powder like substance, it lasts for a long time and wont get dust on it.
5  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: When I said uber tastic spidy powers I ment it on: February 17, 2008, 12:17:37 am
Actually it feels like a normal Disk shot grip dispite what it looks like. I made one side of the grip free of tubing, and it get a great grip. I really love the gun.

Behold, my disk shot with integrated spidy dart tag gun.
Like I said, these things can be integrated into anything and are 20 bucks for 2 of them.
7  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: HOw to improve the recon on: February 13, 2008, 10:42:34 pm
Its the recons bolt/barrel, its just way too loose. Im going to be putting some brass in the bolt/barrel soon for better ranges.
8  General Nerf / Reviews/Articles / Spiderman darttag guns on: February 02, 2008, 01:34:55 am
So I picked these up at tru, 20 bucks for 2 uber tastic semi auto 3 shot wrist thingys. Now these guns are prettty much the best darn nerf gun on the market. I'll go into this review now.

Pros:
3 shots
Airpowered
semi auto
good stock range
Get nerf spidy powers
+20
cons:
18 pumps
-2

Total: 18/20

Modified
You can mod this thing in 15 minutes slap in your barrel choice glue it in and your done. if you'd like to go further the Air release valve is on the plastic "detenator" like trigger.

Pros:
Insane range
Crazy rof
semi auto
Ubertastic spidy powers

Cons: none

Total:20/20

Why should I buy it:
Because its a freaking amazing nerf gun and it has uber tastic spidy powers.

9  General Nerf / Reviews/Articles / Nerf Recon on: February 02, 2008, 01:27:55 am
So in a successful attempt to find a recond I accquired one

Pros:
clip fed pistol
Looks cool
Better range than a maverick
Detachable stuff
Not so usless barrel extension
working Iron sights

Cons:
Flimsy stock
Hard to reach Air restricter
useless in a large war (until modded for decent ranges)
Bulky
Bad range

So The first thing I hated about the recon was the stock, But with some wood and a saw and some glue that was fixed. Another thing was its range, It lacks range to by my worth clip fed uber tastic pistol, but its still cool.  I can get you some picture of the fixed stock. Anyone with some balsa wood, hotglue and half a brain can do this. All in all, a great idea, buit lacks in range department. I can get 50 feet with a stefan if I ramrod it down the plunger.

Should you buy it:
Yes, because its ubertastic

Wouldnt that be good then? CPVC is known to be tight with darts, but if the ace 1/2 fbr fits it like petg, then you have a cheap, modular, and very good fitting barrel material.
11  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: Modifications/Paintjob thread on: January 16, 2008, 10:02:01 pm
They are indeed brass barrels in the dtg, its quite heavy, but I love the feel of the grip.
the mustang has brassed shells, and gets average barrel replaced nite finder ranges.
betsy went under some changes, I removed the junk on the longshot, I acquired a recon(now modded)
But Nanos are glorius. I got my singled titan and put a nano barrel in it for a test, I just have to say it flew. Flew so far, I never even found it.
Just a tip, check your ace, theyre the only place I can find 3/8th fbr. they have 3/4th and 1 inch aswell as 5/8ths and 1/2

13  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: Nite Finder Rifle Writeup on: November 26, 2007, 10:22:24 pm
Well, when I tried bpsos mod orginally I cracked the rod in half, then I repaired it with a long metal bit and some glue. This weakened the plunger rod, and thus after a bit of extreme usage it broke again.
I then epoxied it like a mad man and its better, instead of bits I have a huge galvinzed steel bolt covered in epoxy. I have a few more things to fix including the seal. just a warning to thouse who try this that you HAVE TO REINFORCE!  A steel rod would be ideal, but a long steel bolt will work.

I'll get some internal pics of the new setup, and I may actually put it into a disk shot pistol for some cosmetic purposes. Oh and a super sweet dartag write up is coming your way, this weekend I may do the write up.
14  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: Nite Finder Rifle Writeup on: November 19, 2007, 05:04:06 pm
I don't know the dimensions of a Xbow plunger tube, but if it is similar then I think I can get more out of this thing.
15  General Nerf / Modifications / Re: Nite Finder Rifle Writeup on: November 18, 2007, 10:01:34 pm
Its not 100 feet, my Big blast gets somewhere between 100-120 feet flat. And the Nitefinder gets maybe 105 feet. I mean one handyman spring has a compression weight of 24 pounds. I have 2 in it so it is going to be powerful, plus it has a 8 and 5/8th inches of a well sealed plunger tube.
Lets just call it 104.95 feet
