Okay, today I'm going to tell you kiddies about the Nerf Disc Shot. This gun stock is comparable to that of a Nitefinder, it's range and accuracy makes it an all around useful weapon. The large amount of ammo holders make reloading a breeze, but now I'll show you how to make it even better.

What You Need:
Nerf Disc Shot
Dremel or Exacto knife and sandpaper
1/2" pipe of your choice
Pipe cutters
Any type of epoxy or superglue
Hot glue.

Now that you've got what you need, let's start working!

First, open up the Disc Shot, it should look like this:

Next, Unscrew and pull out the plunger and plunger tube, it will look like this:

You'll know what comes next, pull off the ARs and carve off the barrel post.

Before:

After:

After that, dremel (or, in my case, cut) out this AR here. Before:

After:

Now, hot glue on the piece that the barrel post was attached to, like this:

Improve the seal or lube the plunger if you want, all I did with it is add on an old NF spring:

This next part is normal on any basic or advanced gun mod. We get to replace the barrel! Take the 1/2" barrel of your choice (in my case, CPVC because it was all I had on me) and hot glue it on:

After you hot glue the barrel on, begin to put the gun back together:

As you can see in the picture, I covered a lot of the barrel and attached pieces in Loctite Superglue. Finally, put the Disc Shot back together:

Ranges: 67'
63'
72'
69'
70'

I cut off the ammo holders and gave it a more realistic look. If I painted it black and silver and maybe cut the barrel down some more it would look lik a Desert Eagle.

Questions? Comments? Points? Anything is welcome!

looks very good. I just think the barrel looks a little too long for a pistol in my liking

I know, I cut it right down a little while after. It's now at it's original length with a lot more power.

You should try taking pictures on a less distracting (I.e. a flat color) background so it is easier for us to see what you did and for you to focus the camera. For anyone who uses a stronger spring, I recommend picking up some plastic cement. It holds insanely well, and it is usually very cheap. It has the consistency of superglue, and doesn't need mixing, curing, or cooling time. Other than those points, this mod is well written and good.

My stefan making space was the only clean space to do the mod, so I did it there. My desk in my room is covered with stuff and the floor would be cut up because I use an uber sharpened kitchen knife (sharper than an exacto knife). My Loctite only took about five minutes to dry up and I left it for an hour to completely harden.

PS. My digital camera is bad, so it's hard to focus and get a good picture. I think if I'd used the black table below the box, it would be easier to see but it would also be sliced up by the knife and my mom would have yelled at me.

Make it somewhere, move it, take the picture, move back.  Looks way long for a pistol, and I would slap a coupler on it.

As I said, I already cut it down. I also like it the way it is, I might slap a coupler on it when i get one.

I cant wait until the 27th (October)  I will get a 2K, SS1, 2 RF20 turrets, Disk Shot Set, Disk Shot expansion, and the Spidey Dart tag set.  AND THEY ALL GO ON MY CROSSBOW!  Not really, but November will be really fun.

Wow... why all that? Though if I had all that on me right now, I would be having a field day modding.

Because I don't want to buy any more new guns to pack up until I move.

That makes sense, lucky. I spent my $200 on a Magstrike and modding materials (but about $50 of that was fishing weights, hot glue sticks and FBR for stefan making).

Yeah, it's all in Canadian dollars. I bought 100' of FBR, $20 in weights, 100 hot glue sticks, 10' 1/2" CPVC, 10' 5/6" PVC, 10' 1" PVC, 1 Magstrike, 1 Disc Shot and some Loctite Superglue and Epoxy. There's a bit more than that, but that's all I can think of.

PS. I made some stefans and left a welt on my dad's head when I shot him with my Disc Shot. He said he'll get me back sometime this weekend.

Keep your titans and SM5Ks away from him.  Why not dish out 40 USD for 800 feet online?

I'm not the greatest person on earth when it comes to shipping and I don't have any money left. I'm going to buy 100' of red FBR off F_A24 when I go to HBH in October, so that should cover me for a while.

PS. I only brought my Disc Shot but just got back home with a Maxshot, once it's modded I'm keeping them away from him.
