I've got a jive idea that might just work; Taking 2 hidden shots and getting a couple sheets of plastic, and making a manta ray type gun. I've got it all written out, and it looks like it could be done. It's just that I need two hidden shots, which aren't common, and a bunch of supplies. Plus the trigger on the HS is very sensitive, so it'd be hard connecting both to make a manta-ray type trigger.

By hidden shot you mean what? Pics. I have a manta ray without a purpose right now, so speak up! If you mean the SS1, I have one, can probably get my hands on another.

But the manta ray is the only acceptable shield weapon, so it must be a manta ray.

Thats what i was thinking too, even if he could make it, you wouldn't be able to bring it to any wars.

I could say it's a manta ray, only intergrated and painted It works out on paper, but I don't think I'd be the person to do it, I'm not good at modding yet, so I'll wait till I'm more experienced. A Hidden Shot is here; http://nerfhaven.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=9165&hl=hidden+shotIt's a great gun, in my opinion, when modded as Commander Erik says. I like it alot. I was thinking of doing something along the lines of a Sickle-fin, but it probably won't work.

The problem with that is that its so small. The SFs used on the SickleFin are huge (and they hurt, I showed at geddon 06). An SF is about the size of a cocked NF. You can't really judge their size until you hold one. And they would use a yogurt can lid as a shield. Good idea, but I think a better way to utilize them would be to bond them to the body of a bigger gun, you could probably stuff 4-5 on a crossbow. Or integrate them inside the case. They would also make great space fillers on any weapon, just snug them up inside the cracks.
