1: CPVC shells, of course, I'm going to try some PETG shells one of these days, though.
2: It already did, I'd suggest putting brass sheeting on the catch where it bends and the rest of that side, it's very weak.
3: I bought mine at Wal-Mart for $12 CAN plus tax.
4: 1/2" PVC works very well and fits in the stock barrel snug, but still needing gluing. I increases the range by quite a bit.

No prob, Most of these I mentioned, but I never got to taking pictures of.
