k, I have a Recon ond w/ modded streamlines it rocks!  (think lnl) But alas, w/ stefans it sucks BAD (think skout)  Is there any way to help without switching darts? thanks much PC |

Convert to cdts darts? properly inspect your stefan rounds to make sure they are adequate?

How did you modify your streamlines? Did you add the weight that you normally put in your stefans? If your stefans are heavier than your modified streamlines, perhaps that is what is reducing your ranges.
Also, it could be the fit of your stefans; they may either be too loose in the barrel, or too tight.
Did you replace the barrel, and/or remove the air restrictors?

No, I took out the ars and added spring.
My darts don't stink, they just don't go into the barrel far enough.
Iv tried cdtds and they are too loose.
I mod stream lines by cutting the tip of the rubber off and covering w/ hot glue.

Its the recons bolt/barrel, its just way too loose. Im going to be putting some brass in the bolt/barrel soon for better ranges.

Make sure your stefans dont suck Please don't insult other people's darts. Making darts is not what I would call easy. It takes years to master.  |
